Like the majority of a Formula One car's parts, the manufacturing of the wheel nut became a particularly scientific process. Wheel nuts are unrecognizable compared to just a few years ago. WebDue to the tight time constraints involved with pit stops, Formula One regulates the number of pit crew members that are allowed to work on a vehicle at a time during a pitstop. Currently, only five crew members are allowed to jump over the wall at any given time during a pit stop to work on the car.
